Karen Good - Owner

Attended Saginaw Valley State University with a BA in business and major in accounting. Karen worked 10 years in the construction industry before coming to O’Connor’s 15 years ago as the controller. She is a licensed builder and most recently purchased the business from Larry Jarabeck and is the owner of O’Connor's Carpet One and Decorating Center!

Linda Tomandl - Sales Professional & Design Consultant

Graduated with the BA degree from Saginaw valley State University…been a manager, buyer, and marketing and advertising coordinator for the last 45 years, with the last 26 years at O’Connor's Carpet One…"the voice" of O’Connor's on radio and TV.

Laura Pahl - Sales Professional & Design Consultant

Laura graduated from Central Michigan University with her BBA in interior design and construction management. Laura has been in the industry for 24 years and specializes in whole home makeovers.

Kim Faber-Rivera - Sales Professional & Design Consultant

Kim has been active in the flooring and furniture business for 27 years. Kim is an expert in commercial and residential applications for carpet and hard surface flooring.

Becky Leonard - Kitchen Design Specialist

Becky graduated from Saginaw Valley State University with a degree in graphic design. Becky has over 20 years interior design, cabinets, countertops, ceramic tile, as well as blinds and flooring.

Mike Fleischmann - Commercial Sales Professional

Mike has been active in commercial sales for the last 35 years in all types of flooring. Mike bids major projects for banks, assisted living homes, churches, schools, among many others. Mike works with general contractors as well as builders.

Jim Martin - Commercial Sales Professional

Jim attended Western Michigan University and has been active in all areas of the flooring industry; as a store manager, a mill rep, and commercial sales. Jim has been in the industry for over 25 years.

George Romanelli - Sales Professional/ Shop at Home Consultant

George installed carpet for over 30 years and has been our customer service specialist and in-home estimator for the last 20 years. When O'Connor's comes to measure your home, George will be at your door!

Kristy Young - Office Manager

Graduate of Ferris State University. Kristy has played an active role in book keeping for O'Connor's Carpet One for over 35 years.

Sonni Magyar - Sales Professional and Design Consultant

Sonni has been active in the design and customer service field for 35 years. She has an associates degree in interior design from Delta College, and a bachelors degree in business management from Northwood University.

Tammie Castanon - Sales Professional and Design Consultant

Tammie has an Associate Degree from Delta College and a retail and banking background. She is a real “people’ person and she great with color and design. She can help you with all your flooring needs.

Installation Professionals

The installation team at O'Connor's Carpet One works exclusively for O'Connor's, which allows our customers to feel confident in the job that is being done in their home. We stand behind our installations for the life of the floor, and we strive to ensure that your floor stays beautiful for as long as possible.

Matt Skrocki - Installation Manager

Matt is a veteran of the U.S. Army. He has been our warehouse manager and installation specialist for the last 8 years at O'Connor's Carpet One.

Henry Snyder - Installer

Henry has been a part of an installation team at O'Connor's for over 20 years at O'Connor's Carpet One, specializing in carpet. Henry also goes by Junior.

Mike Garrecht - Installer

Mike has been installing vinyl, laminate, hardwood, and luxury vinyl tile for over 20 years for O'Connor's Carpet One.

Ed Beebe - Installer

Ed has been installing all flooring for O’Connor”s for over 20 years.
